The safety and wellbeing of our guests remains our top priority. Further to the ongoing developments of the COVID-19 crisis, we have implemented an updated cancellation policy to provide our guests with increased flexibility.


Guests that booked and paid a deposit can cancel or modify their reservations. We will change your booking or issue you with a credit note, which can be used throughout 2020/ 2021.

We will also maintain this years rate for all bookings changed to 2021.

Guests requesting a  cash refund will have to wait until the Hotel reopens, and  it may take up to 30 days from the date of opening for the refund to be processed.
